Curtis Sumpter 6'6 SF Bishop Loughlin

At 6’6 Sumpter enjoys a lot of advantages in the city, especially since he doesn’t play the big man spot. He is too quick for most players his size and too strong for players as quick as him. While he is not a 3-point shooter he can knock it down he is at his best when he is 17 feet from the basket and in. Sumpter has good athleticism, which allows him to shoot over taller defenders. He has an excellent handle for the small forward spot. He is a candidate for New York State Mr. Basketball and is hoping to lead his team to a city title. Next year he will be playing his college ball at Villanova along with fellow New Yorkers Allan Ray and Jason Fraser.
