Lou Rodriguez
Was overshadowed at Rice but he will shine at Kennedy and has now made a name for himself with his great fall, which was capped off by being named to the second team at IS8.  He combines athleticism, speed, strength and a sneaky handle that will catch you if you aren't careful.  His jumpshot is improving rapidly and when he gets a consistent jumpshot he will be unstoppable.  His best game so far was when he scored 31 against Kenny Adeleke and the LI Panthers.  In his first year in the PSAL he may be the best player in the PSAL Bronx division.
